🔹 In the period from 3 to 4 June 2024, specialists of Index Consulting Company visited Samarkand RES within the framework of the project ‘Concession of Samarkand Distribution System Operator’ on the basis of Public-Private Partnership (PPP). During the visit, a meeting was held with representatives of Samarkand RES, where key issues of the project were discussed.

On May 24-27, Index Consulting Company team of 10 employees underwent training to prepare for the qualification exam "Certified Public-Private Partnership Specialist CP3P®. PPP Foundation" under the guidance of international trainer Remir Mukumov! 

On 29 February, a roundtable discussion on Public-Private Partnership was held, organised by the Ministry of Economy and Finance in partnership with the International Finance Corporation.The event aimed to facilitate joint dialogue and coordination of future PPP plans.

Index Consulting Company LLC and its partner Dolsar have been awarded the contract for providing the services of a technical consultant and lead the team of legal and financial components consultants to support the development of 5 small and medium hydropower plants with total installed capacity of 46,6 MW, under the PPP modality, funded by the International Development Association (IDA)
