Kick-Off Meeting for the ADB Railway Stations PPP Project in Uzbekistan

🔷 On 17 June 2026, specialists from Index Consulting Company participated in a kick-off meeting held within the framework of an Asian Development Bank (ADB) project aimed at developing public-private partnership (PPP) mechanisms for railway stations in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The meeting brought together representatives of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan, JSC Uzbekiston Temir Yullari, the Asian Development Bank, and the project consulting team.

Participants discussed the project's objectives, key implementation stages, and approaches to modernizing railway station infrastructure and improving passenger service quality.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed on the next steps, including data collection, site assessments, and continued engagement with key stakeholders.
