The overall objective is to provide a cost-effective and comprehensive analytical study (market research) to determine the strategic direction of development and current opportunities of the Association, as well as to identify factors that hinder the development of private sector companies (MSMEs), and a set of support tools necessary for their growth.
Description of actual services provided in the assignment:
• Identify potential growth-oriented companies looking for new business niches.
• Evaluate the level of knowledge of these companies and develop the necessary set of measures to improve their skills.
• Find out the expectations of companies regarding the Association and its activities.
• Evaluate the market opportunities of the Association (analysis of competitors) in the field of training and advanced training of consulting engineers.
• Evaluate the advantages of certification of engineers, the presence of a certificate as a guarantee of high quality of work.
• Provide analytical information and data needed to identify future opportunities for the Association's development, increase the number of members, in particular from MSMEs, and strengthen positions in the industry and among members, including through the organization and delivery of advanced training courses for engineers and the introduction of an engineering certification system.
