About us
Index Consulting Company (ICC), established in 2018, started its operations in the consultancy market of Uzbekistan aiming to grow and expand into multiple sectors of homeland economy and further penetration into international markets.
ICC is young and flexible, making it strong to break the ground in different fields of consultancy services, expanding its network every day, powered by its own staff and stand-by experts, pool of local and international experts.
ICC blends experience and expertise of varied disciplines to deliver innovative solutions, focused at the highest quality standards to the Client, on time.
Our ultimate goal is to develop a trust with our partners by cooperation, building mutually friendly and respected relations, staying tuned at all times.
Our primary destination is to be listed as the most trusted consultancy partner of the Client, solidified by the relentless support to the Client at all times.
We implement projects, financed by the leading international organizations and financial institutions (ADB, WB, EBRD, KfW, IsDB, OPEC fund, Proparco, AFD etc.) in power generation transmission and distribution, including solar and wind farms, hydropower, agriculture and water supply, drinking water supply and sewage, solid waste management and sustainable environment.

Our team is powered by a mix of experts possessing experience and expertise in project management, economics, finance, law, and civil construction and electrical engineering, social and environmental safeguards.
Most of our permanent and external experts possess masters and doctoral degrees out of western education institutions, have extensive experience in their respective fields, worked in a number of projects financed by the leading international organizations (UN, UNDP, USAID etc.), including international financial institutions (ADB, WB, EBRD, SFD etc.).
We built a strong relationship with some local design and research institutes and facilities under different line ministries, state and private companies, further enhancing our reach to expertise in other fields, like urban planning, gas pipeline design and operations, potable water and sewage systems design, lift irrigation, soil investigations, topographic surveys, water and air quality test etc. Yet, we never stop building a good relationship with trusted partners.
As of September 2021, ICC is a member of the Uzbek Association of Consulting Engineers (UzACE) which represents FIDIC in Uzbekistan, thus enabling ICC to be a FIDIC member as well and enjoy expanded opportunities to tap into FIDIC’s knowledge base.
