🌟 Great news! A consortium of companies led by Index Consulting Company has been awarded a contract for Technical Assistance and Feasibility Study Development for the Modernization of District Heating (DH) Systems in Navoiy, Ferghana and Tashkent provinces, funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

On January 30, 2026, Index Consulting Company participated in the “Internship Fair - 2026” organized by Westminster International University in Tashkent.

🔹 From January 19 to 20, specialists of Index Consulting Company in social and environmental matters, as well as in occupational health and safety, carried out a working visit to the city of Samarkand within the framework of the implementation of project lots under the project “Improving Energy Efficiency in the Cities of Andijan, Chirchik, Bukhara, Samarkand, and Tashkent,” implemented with the support of the World Bank, as well as the project lots “Reconstruction of In-Building Heating Systems.”

🔷 From January 13 to 15, 2026, specialists from Index Consulting Company made a working visit to the Surkhandarya region as part of the implementation of the Surkhandarya gas turbine power plant project with an installed capacity of 1,600 MW. During the visit, working meetings were held with the customer, EPC contractor, and other parties involved in the project.

🔹On 18–19 December 2025, specialists of Index Consulting Company conducted a working visit under the project “Modernization of the Water Supply and Sewerage System of Namangan Region”, financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

🌐  Within the framework of the III PPP Round-table, AKSA Enerji (Türkiye) was awarded the contract for the project “Modernization and Operation of Samarkand City Electricity Distribution Networks”

The project was prepared and structured with the participation of Index Consulting Company, which, together with MRC Turkiye, acted as a Technical Consultant in the development of the project structure as well as technical and institutional solutions under the PPP framework.

🔹 From December 15 to 16, specialists from Index Consulting Company made a working trip to the city of Andijan as part of the implementation of lots of the project “Reconstruction of indoor heating systems.”

The project was prepared and structured with the participation of Index Consulting Company, which, together with MRC Turkiye, acted as a Technical Consultant in the development of the project structure as well as technical and institutional solutions under the PPP framework.

🔷 In order to disseminate and strengthen the knowledge of customers of EBRD-financed projects, from December 8 to 12, 2025, specialists from Index Consulting Company conducted training in Almaty (Republic of Kazakhstan) for representatives of OJSC “Barki Tojik” (Tajikistan). 

🔷 From December 1 to 7, 2025, specialists from Index Consulting Company conducted an inspection visit to the construction sites of the Rabat, Chappasou, and Tamshush mini-hydropower plants on the Aksu River in the Kashkadarya Region as part of the project “Sustainable Hydropower — Design and Construction of the Rabat, Chappasou, and Tamshush HPPs.”

🔹 On December 1–3, 2025, specialists from Index Consulting Company participated in a seminar organized by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the countries of Central and West Asia. The event, titled “Orientation and In-Depth Learning Seminar on the Environmental and Social Framework (ESF)”, focused on the updates to ADB’s Environmental and Social Standards and their practical application.

🔷 On November 24–25, 2025, a specialist from Index Consulting Company conducted a field visit within the framework of the project “Modernization of the Water Supply and Sewerage System of Namangan Region”, implemented with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

🔷 On November 20–21, specialists from Index Consulting Company conducted a working trip to the city of Bukhara as part of the implementation of the project lots under the “Energy Efficiency Improvement in the Cities of Andijan, Chirchik, Bukhara, Samarkand, and Tashkent” project, supported by the World Bank. The visit also included activities under the component “Reconstruction of In-building Heating Systems.”

From 13 to 18 November 2025, specialists from Index Consulting Company, together with partners, carried out a field mission under the project “Climate-Resilient Water Sector Development in the Amu Darya Basin”, implemented with the support of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in the Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions.

Holding on 18–19 November 2025 in Tashkent, the event served as a key platform for discussing the role of Public-Private Partnerships in advancing Uzbekistan’s strategic goals under the Uzbekistan-2030 Strategy. Participants examined opportunities for mobilizing private capital, improving project preparation, and strengthening cooperation among government institutions, investors, and advisory firms.  

From November 10 to 13, specialists from Index Consulting Company made a working trip to the cities of Andijan and Samarkand as part of the implementation of lots of the project “Improving energy efficiency in the cities of Andijan, Chirchik, Bukhara, Samarkand, and Tashkent,” supported by the World Bank. The visit also included activities related to the “Reconstruction of in-house heating systems” component.
