🔷 From December 1 to 7, 2025, specialists from Index Consulting Company conducted an inspection visit to the construction sites of the Rabat, Chappasou, and Tamshush mini-hydropower plants on the Aksu River in the Kashkadarya Region as part of the project “Sustainable Hydropower — Design and Construction of the Rabat, Chappasou, and Tamshush HPPs.”

🔹 On December 1–3, 2025, specialists from Index Consulting Company participated in a seminar organized by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the countries of Central and West Asia. The event, titled “Orientation and In-Depth Learning Seminar on the Environmental and Social Framework (ESF)”, focused on the updates to ADB’s Environmental and Social Standards and their practical application.

🔷 On November 24–25, 2025, a specialist from Index Consulting Company conducted a field visit within the framework of the project “Modernization of the Water Supply and Sewerage System of Namangan Region”, implemented with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

🔷 On November 20–21, specialists from Index Consulting Company conducted a working trip to the city of Bukhara as part of the implementation of the project lots under the “Energy Efficiency Improvement in the Cities of Andijan, Chirchik, Bukhara, Samarkand, and Tashkent” project, supported by the World Bank. The visit also included activities under the component “Reconstruction of In-building Heating Systems.”

From 13 to 18 November 2025, specialists from Index Consulting Company, together with partners, carried out a field mission under the project “Climate-Resilient Water Sector Development in the Amu Darya Basin”, implemented with the support of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in the Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions.

Holding on 18–19 November 2025 in Tashkent, the event served as a key platform for discussing the role of Public-Private Partnerships in advancing Uzbekistan’s strategic goals under the Uzbekistan-2030 Strategy. Participants examined opportunities for mobilizing private capital, improving project preparation, and strengthening cooperation among government institutions, investors, and advisory firms.  

From November 10 to 13, specialists from Index Consulting Company made a working trip to the cities of Andijan and Samarkand as part of the implementation of lots of the project “Improving energy efficiency in the cities of Andijan, Chirchik, Bukhara, Samarkand, and Tashkent,” supported by the World Bank. The visit also included activities related to the “Reconstruction of in-house heating systems” component.

From October 20 to 24, 2025, experts from Index Consulting Company made a working trip to the Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the visit was to conduct an audit assessment of the activities of Shubarkol Komir JSC (Karaganda).

On 15 October 2025, representatives of the ESG Department of Index Consulting took part in an ADB training on social and environmental project monitoring.

On October 10, 2025, at School No. 37 in the Kuyichirchik District, repeat public hearings were held on the project
“Construction of the ‘Surum’ Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Associated Pipelines,” organized by Index Consulting Company.

From October 5 to 11, 2025, specialists from Index Consulting Company conducted technical supervision at the construction sites of the Rabat, Chappasu, and Tamshush small hydropower plants on the Aksu River in the Kashkadarya region as part of the project “Sustainable Hydropower — Design and Construction of the Rabat, Chappasu, and Tamshush Hydropower Plants in the Kashkadarya Region.”

On September 27, 2025, the Index Consulting Company team held a corporate teambuilding event at the Yangiabad tourist base.
The main goal of the event was to strengthen team interaction, enhance effective communication, and foster an atmosphere of trust and mutual understanding within the team.

Index Consulting Company is engaged in a project for Enhancing the financial management capacity of the New Tashkent Directorate for the development of New Tashkent in the Republic of Uzbekistan to support the New Tashkent Directorate in strengthening financial management and designing innovative financing solutions for the Government’s flagship New Tashkent initiative, funded by ADB

On July 9, our specialist, together with colleagues from our consortium partner, met with the Khokim of Kashkadarya Region and regional authorities to advance the ADB-funded Resilience in the Amu Darya River Basin Programme. 

Index Consulting Company, together with its partner, has been awarded a contract for Project Implementation Support & Supervision of the Sarimay–Muruntau Transmission Project funded by EBRD. 

On July 03, 2025, specialists of Index Consulting Company conducted a training session for health and safety specialists of Uzsuvta'minot JSC within the framework of the project "Corporate Development Program".

The first training session under Phase II of the SECCA project – Sustainable Energy Connectivity in Central Asia – took place in Tashkent.

Index Consulting Company, together with our esteemed partner Resources & Waste Advisory (RWA) Group, has been awarded a World Bank contract for the “Uzbekistan: Municipal Solid Waste Sector Assessment.”
