Field Visit to Navoiy Region for the District Heating Modernization Feasibility Study

🔷 From 1 to 3 July 2026, specialists from Index Consulting Company conducted a comprehensive field visit to the Navoiy region as part of the development of a Feasibility Study (FS) for the modernization of district heating systems in Navoiy, Fergana, and Tashkent regions. 

The main objective of the visit was to conduct technical, environmental, and social screening of the facilities to assess the current state of the infrastructure. 

During the visit, the working group inspected the district heating facilities of Navoiy city and Zafarabad. On-site, the experts examined the planned construction sites and collected baseline data required for basic system diagnostics and documentation development
