On 29–30 September 2026, Index Consulting Company specialists conducted a field visit to Namangan Region as part of the Namangan Wastewater Treatment Plant Project. The client is SENTRY: Water Monitoring & Control Inc., a Canadian company that develops digital solutions for water quality monitoring and control.
The purpose of the visit was scheduled maintenance and diagnostics of SENTRY sensor equipment, which monitors key operating parameters of the wastewater treatment facilities in real time.

🔷 3–14 August 2026, specialists of Index Consulting Company conducted a planned monthly field visit to the Namangan Region within the framework of the “Modernization of Water Supply and Sewerage Systems in Namangan Region” project, financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

🔷 From 23 to 24 July 2026, specialists of Index Consulting Company conducted a field mission to the Namangan Region as part of the Namangan Water Supply and Wastewater Modernization Project, financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

🌟 Great news! INDEX Consulting Company has been awarded a contract for consulting services by JSC “National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan” under the project “Digitize to Decarbonize – Power Transmission Grid Enhancement”, implemented with the support of the Asian Development Bank.
The assignment will support JSC “National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan” in strengthening its human resource management system through the development of gender-responsive HR policies, institutional mechanisms, and capacity-building programs.
The project will contribute to building a more inclusive, transparent, and effective working environment while supporting the sustainable modernization of Uzbekistan’s power transmission sector.

🔹From April 28 to 30, 2026, specialists of Index Consulting Company conducted a working visit to the Kashkadarya and Tashkent regions within the framework of the project “Preparing the Resilient Amu Darya River Basin Sector Development Program”, financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

🔷 From April 14 to April 17, 2026, specialists of Index Consulting Company conducted a working visit to the Khorezm region within the framework of the project "Construction of the 500 kV Overhead Line 'Sarymai – Dzhankeldi'."

🔹 From April 14 to 16, 2026, representatives of Index Consulting Company visited the Surkhandarya region as part of the implementation of the 1600 MW Surkhandarya CCGT project.

On April 7-9, 2026, Index Consulting Company specialists made a working visit to the Samarkand region as part of the "Samarkand I Solar PV and BESS" project.

🔷  From March 24 to March 27, 2026, specialists of Index Consulting Company conducted a working visit to Bishkek as part of the public-private partnership project “Green Data Center in the Kyrgyz Republic,” financed by the Asian Development Bank.

From March 24 to 25, specialists of Index Consulting Company responsible for social and environmental aspects, as well as occupational health and safety, conducted a working visit to the city of Samarkand within the framework of the project “Energy Efficiency Improvement in the cities of Andijan, Chirchik, Bukhara, Samarkand, and Tashkent,” implemented with the support of the World Bank, as well as within the lots of the project “Reconstruction of In-Building Heating Systems.”

Yesterday, a dialogue of PPP and procurement practitioners was held, organized by Index Consulting Company with the support of Oqtavia.

🌟 Great news! We are extending our presence beyond Uzbekistan by setting the first steps in a beautiful Kyrgyzstan. A consortium of companies, with Index Consulting Company as a partner, has been awarded a contract for Techno-Commercial Consultant Services for the Green Data Center PPP Project in the Kyrgyz Republic, funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

🌟 Great news! A consortium of companies led by Index Consulting Company has been awarded a contract for Technical Assistance and Feasibility Study Development for the Modernization of District Heating (DH) Systems in Navoiy, Ferghana and Tashkent provinces, funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

🔹 From January 19 to 20, specialists of Index Consulting Company in social and environmental matters, as well as in occupational health and safety, carried out a working visit to the city of Samarkand within the framework of the implementation of project lots under the project “Improving Energy Efficiency in the Cities of Andijan, Chirchik, Bukhara, Samarkand, and Tashkent,” implemented with the support of the World Bank, as well as the project lots “Reconstruction of In-Building Heating Systems.”

🔷 From January 13 to 15, 2026, specialists from Index Consulting Company made a working visit to the Surkhandarya region as part of the implementation of the Surkhandarya gas turbine power plant project with an installed capacity of 1,600 MW. During the visit, working meetings were held with the customer, EPC contractor, and other parties involved in the project.

🔹On 18–19 December 2025, specialists of Index Consulting Company conducted a working visit under the project “Modernization of the Water Supply and Sewerage System of Namangan Region”, financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

🌐  Within the framework of the III PPP Round-table, AKSA Enerji (Türkiye) was awarded the contract for the project “Modernization and Operation of Samarkand City Electricity Distribution Networks”

The project was prepared and structured with the participation of Index Consulting Company, which, together with MRC Turkiye, acted as a Technical Consultant in the development of the project structure as well as technical and institutional solutions under the PPP framework.

🔹 From December 15 to 16, specialists from Index Consulting Company made a working trip to the city of Andijan as part of the implementation of lots of the project “Reconstruction of indoor heating systems.”
