Specialists of Index Consulting Company visited Samarkand and Andijan within the framework of the project

🔹 From May 14 to 19, 2026, specialists of Index Consulting Company visited Samarkand and Andijan within the framework of the project “Enhancing Energy Efficiency in the Cities of Andijan, Chirchiq, Bukhara, Samarkand and Tashkent”, implemented with the support of the World Bank, as well as the lot “Reconstruction of In-Building Heating Systems”.

During the visits, monitoring activities, field inspections, and meetings with local residents, client representatives, and contractors were conducted.

Particular attention was paid to the social aspects of project implementation, community engagement, and compliance with social obligations.

The company’s specialists also provided practical support within the framework of the implementation of the lot “Reconstruction of In-Building Heating Systems”.
