From May 14 to 19, 2026, specialists of Index Consulting Company visited Samarkand and Andijan within the framework of the project “Enhancing Energy Efficiency in the Cities of Andijan, Chirchiq, Bukhara, Samarkand and Tashkent”, implemented with the support of the World Bank, as well as the lot “Reconstruction of In-Building Heating Systems”.
