🔷From 7 to 8 July 2026, specialists from Index Consulting Company conducted a comprehensive field visit to the Fergana and Tashkent regions as part of the development of a Feasibility Study (FS) for the modernization of district heating systems in Navoiy, Fergana, and Tashkent regions.

From 15 to 19 June 2026, specialists from Index Consulting conducted a series of working meetings with JSC “Namangan Suv Ta’minoti” as part of the project “Namangan Drinking Water Infrastructure Pre-Feasibility Study for O&M PPP Project”.

🔷 On 17 June 2026, specialists from Index Consulting Company participated in a kick-off meeting held within the framework of an Asian Development Bank (ADB) project aimed at developing public-private partnership (PPP) mechanisms for railway stations in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

🌟 Great news! INDEX Consulting Company has been awarded a contract for consulting services under the PPP project “TA-6525 REG: Scaling Up Private Sector Participation in the Infrastructure Sector in the Central and West Asia Region – Namangan Drinking Water Infrastructure (54148-001)”, funded by the Asian Development Bank

🔷  From March 24 to March 27, 2026, specialists of Index Consulting Company conducted a working visit to Bishkek as part of the public-private partnership project “Green Data Center in the Kyrgyz Republic,” financed by the Asian Development Bank.

Yesterday, a dialogue of PPP and procurement practitioners was held, organized by Index Consulting Company with the support of Oqtavia.

🌐  Within the framework of the III PPP Round-table, AKSA Enerji (Türkiye) was awarded the contract for the project “Modernization and Operation of Samarkand City Electricity Distribution Networks”

The project was prepared and structured with the participation of Index Consulting Company, which, together with MRC Turkiye, acted as a Technical Consultant in the development of the project structure as well as technical and institutional solutions under the PPP framework.

Holding on 18–19 November 2025 in Tashkent, the event served as a key platform for discussing the role of Public-Private Partnerships in advancing Uzbekistan’s strategic goals under the Uzbekistan-2030 Strategy. Participants examined opportunities for mobilizing private capital, improving project preparation, and strengthening cooperation among government institutions, investors, and advisory firms.
