🚀 The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan has signed Decree No. PP-51 dated February 11, 2025, which significantly changes the mechanisms for the preparation and implementation of projects involving International Financial Institutions (IFIs) and Foreign Governmental Financial Organizations (FGFOs).

🔹 What has changed?
✅ Target indicators for fund utilization in projects involving IFIs and FGFOs have been established.
✅ An Emergency Staff and regional staff have been created to accelerate project implementation.
✅ New requirements for project documentation, monitoring, and post-monitoring have been introduced.
✅ A new procedure for concluding and approving agreements on projects has been defined.
✅ Stronger control over fund usage and procurement transparency has been implemented.
