The article examines management of change within the occupational health and safety (OHS) system as one of the key tools for enhancing the sustainability and efficiency of production processes. The relevance of implementing Management of Change (MoC) procedures is substantiated in the context of dynamic industrial development, equipment modernization, transformation of organizational structures, and the tightening of legislative requirements in the field of occupational health and industrial safety. Particular attention is paid to the regulatory and legal framework of the Republic of Uzbekistan and international standards, including ISO 45001:2018, the requirements of the International Labour Organization (ILO), as well as international experience in applying MoC procedures in high-risk industrial sectors.
