Working visit as part of the ‘Samarkand I Solar PV and BESS’ project

On April 7-9, 2026, Index Consulting Company specialists made a working visit to the Samarkand region as part of the "Samarkand I Solar PV and BESS" project.

During the visit, meetings were held with the local population located in the project impact area to present and clarify the provisions of the ESIA (Environmental and Social Impact Assessment) and SEP (Stakeholder Engagement Plan) documents, as well as to inform stakeholders about the current status of the project.

The discussions were aimed at ensuring an open and constructive dialogue with the public, raising awareness, and taking into account the opinions and suggestions of local communities during the project implementation process.
