Training for managers and specialists of Uzsuvta'minot JSC within the framework of the project "Corporate Development Programme"

🔹 From 3 to 6 February 2025, Index Consulting Company specialists conducted training for managers and specialists of Uzsuvta'minot JSC within the framework of the project "Corporate Development Programme". The participants studied the issues of personnel management, gender equality and environmental principles.

Special attention was paid to effective management, creating an inclusive working environment and introducing sustainable environmental practices. The training combined theory and practice, facilitating the consolidation of skills.
