Specialists from Index Consulting Company conducted an inspection visit to the construction sites of the Rabat, Chappasou, and Tamshush mini-hydropower plants

🔷 From December 1 to 7, 2025, specialists from Index Consulting Company conducted an inspection visit to the construction sites of the Rabat, Chappasou, and Tamshush mini-hydropower plants on the Aksu River in the Kashkadarya Region as part of the project “Sustainable Hydropower — Design and Construction of the Rabat, Chappasou, and Tamshush HPPs.”

The team reviewed the current state of construction, inspected key areas together with the contractor, and documented the actual progress of the project. A working meeting was also held with the engineering and technical supervision staff to discuss identified issues, determine their root causes, and agree on measures to reduce risks and improve efficiency.
