Index Consulting Company specialists held a field meeting and technical supervision

🔹 From 8 to 10 January 2025, Index Consulting Company specialists held a field meeting and technical supervision at the construction sites of the Rabat, Chappasu and Tamshush mini HPPs being built on the Aksu River under the Sustainable Hydropower Project.

During the meeting the results of work for 2024 were summarised, the current stages of construction and installation works were discussed, and measures to accelerate the project implementation were developed. Special attention was paid to the issues of compliance with the schedule and quality of work performance.

Specialists conducted a detailed inspection of construction sites, studied technical aspects of work performance and proposed ways to optimise them. These activities are aimed at improving the efficiency of project implementation and ensuring its sustainability.
