As part of the implementation of "District Heating Energy Efficiency project in Andijan, Chirchik, Bukhara, Samarkand and Tashkent (ТС-8)”, funded by the World Bank, the specialists the Company on a regular basis study the current situation on social and environmental aspects by visiting the cities, covered by the project. On July 17-18, 2023, the consultant's specialists visited the city of Andijan and conducted a study of the construction site of a number of project components:
•  construction of а boiler house with а total capacity of 110 MW;
•  partial reconstruction of the electric distribution network;
•  modernization of boiler plant, Rehabilitation DH network, Installation of IHSs with Heat Meters in Andijan.

The next day, on July 19, 2023 "Index Consulting Company" experts visited Namangan within the framework of " Modernization of water supply and sewerage systems in Namangan province, Republic of Uzbekistan" project, funded by EBRD. The specialists inspected the sites of component No. NWP-3.1 "Construction of the central laboratory", No. NWP-10 “Reconstruction of 30 segments of water conduits and networks in Namangan city", and inspected the progress of preparatory work on the site of component No. NWP-12 "Supply and installation of hypochlorite plant at Kyzyl-Ravat water intake".

Regular check-up of the project development is an essential part in project management cycle and the Company pays much attention to run the project implementation smoothly.
