🌟 Index Consulting Company is engaged in a project for Enhancing the financial management capacity of the New Tashkent Directorate for the development of New Tashkent in the Republic of Uzbekistan to support the New Tashkent Directorate in strengthening financial management and designing innovative financing solutions for the Government’s flagship New Tashkent initiative, funded by ADB.

Under the project, the team will assist to shape a comprehensive financing strategy (including instruments such as a local‑currency green bond, PPPs, and blended finance), build institutional capacity, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure transparent and sustainable funding for the city’s first development phase.
