A consortium of companies led by Index Consulting Company has been awarded a contract for Technical Assistance and Feasibility Study Development for the Modernization of District Heating (DH) Systems in Navoiy, Ferghana and Tashkent provinces, funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
